Shipping policy

Deliveries are made five days of the week via our shipping partners. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout or via e-mail to notify you on the day of the package arrival. Please note once the package has left our store and has been accepted by a shipping partner it is no longer our responsibility to what happens with your package. In case of lost or stolen packages, please contact shipping partners.
International Orders:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Albura Beauty Supply is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
