How to Use: Shake product before use. Mix the bleaching powder and developer together and then add "Treat 1" to the mixture. The recommended portions are as followed:

• 8ML of "Treat 1" for every 30G of bleaching powder
• 4ML of "Treat 1" for every 15G of bleaching powder or less
• 2ML of "Treat 1" for every 30ML of hair dye
